The 3D Keeler paddle surf fins are going to mark a turning point in the world of surfing, thanks to innovation and design. The world of surfing is going to experience a technological and nautical engineering evolution in all our fin designs. 3D Keeler applies the Bernoulli principle and the Ventury effect in all its designs, where fluid dynamics is calculated to exert a force of pressure and gravity, causing natural and dynamic acceleration. What we look for in a fin according to skill is speed, stability and maneuverability, 3D Keeler has managed to unify these three criteria, giving the surfer unparalleled sensations. The fixing systems are designed to cover 100% of the boards on the market, as well as the Us box and Sline In. Keeler will replace conventional fins, creating a new concept and a new world within all disciplines of surfing.

Materials

In terms of materials, 3D Keeler has carefully studied the material used in all its keels to be in tune with the sea.
 
The material used for its PRO fins is a special high-tech polyamideflexible enough to give shape, texture and resistance. One of the qualities of the materials studied was the search for buoyancy in the water in the event of a collision loss. The material used in the Keeler PRO 3D keels is highly durable and strong, slightly flexible and with a specialporosity in all its designs.
 
3d Keeler fins in their BASIC version, are created after a special chemical formulation, with a key dosage of the mixture of three polyurethane components (The Polikeeler complex), a chemical advance for the development of nautical materials. All the materials used in the 3D Keelers fins have been tested by professionals in order to give a guarantee on all their products.

3D Keeler is a technological revolution within3D printing, it is a set of technologies that allows you to create objects without the need for molds, based on digital files. The 3D printers used are the most modern of the market, they are intelligent machines because they are capable of printing prototypes quickly and accurately.

One of our biggest challenges when designing 3D Keeler fins was the study of 3D simulations of behavior in the water, physical theorems, chemical formulations and 3D scans were used to achieve a practically perfect finish. This technology allows the production of complex geometric parts that could not be created with traditional methods.

At the 3D Keeler R&D department, we develop and research solutions within the nautical world, staffed with system engineers, data intelligence, software, materials science and design developers integrated within the world of 3D printing technology.
